Windsor conservation area / Kitchen Extension

Working through RIBA Stages 0–3, our team collaborated closely with the homeowners to craft a design strategy centered on open-plan living, natural light, and modern family functionality. The Windsor home extension features a pitched roof with skylights, a contemporary kitchen island, and glazed doors that create a seamless connection to the garden. Designed with complementary materials and refined architectural detailing, the extension blends effortlessly with the existing home. Inside, bespoke joinery, a new WC, and a light-filled utility room enhance storage, comfort, and usability. The result is a bright, energy-efficient home extension that elevates spatial flow and modern living — achieving planning approval with no objections.
